I am a mechanical engineer having 4-5 years of experience in HVAC and now going to design a 10 storey building and for this I need your help. Please tell me from where should I start and guide me in detail to design water distribution system.

Or you can give me any design design so that I could be able to follow the steps and complete the design

You should meet with your local code people to see what the minimum requirements are in your area. Is this a residential or office building? We are DIY people, not PE's so it is not likely you will get that specific an answer here.

1st what heat source are u using a giant boiler or water heater each floor, figure out with what minimum pressure allowed on each floor with authority having jurisdiction because u might require a booster pump on roughly every 4th floor, figure out your pressure at source, total your fixture units, length to most remote location fixture depending on hot water source, and are u using flushometer valves or gravity tank. I can help but need all this information.
