Hey few days ago I saw something on my penis that had a little white head,I tried to squeeze it a bit but nothing came out,today(2 days after) the spot is like turning black,is like dryed blood inside... im scared.Anyone can help me ***?

It happens to a million guys could also be a pimple of some sort if it bothered you go to a doctor

Or small spots on their shaft. It normal and will go away if you leave it alone.
