My father passed away in the state of Hawaii, his ex wife has been living in his property. She acted as his caretaker before he died. She has her own property on the other side of the island, which she was awarded through her first divorce.

My father has me listed as his successor of the property, and it is under Hawaiian Home Land, you have to be Hawaiian, and it is verified, to live on the property. How can I have her evicted as a squatter? She has no rights to the property, and no legal documents showing she is allowed to live on the property.

Squatter doesn't enter into it. If you have title to the property then you are the owner. ANYONE else who lives there is a tenant/resident and subject to eviction according to local laws.

Send or deliver a letter to her giving her 30-60 days to vacate (depending on local laws). If she does not leave within the deadline, go to the local housing court for an eviction order.
