I went to court and judge would not review the info I had regarding my issues. Landlord states we lived on premisis since dec and I have documentation that we lived there starting in march I'm going to file a small claims case againest landlord

So your landlord filed to evict you and won? You think small claims will override housing court?

Small claims will only award monetary awards, you will still have to move out if the housing court awarded and ordered you out

I understand we are willing to move out he states we owe him 2200 and this was all verbal agreements we movd in in march and he states we moved in in dec 2010 no set amt for rent we were doing maintanence on home to get it livable

Ok, so that is what he can sue you for, normally in housing court, did the court award him the money?

And what is your claim as to what he owes you? You can not sue him, ( not to pay him) you will have to have a claim on what he owes you.
