My period isn't due for 10 days but I'm having period like symptoms... cramps and all but no period! I've been trying to conceive. Could I be pregnant??

Now, your symptoms could be related to pregnancy, but they could also be premenstrual symptoms. Unfortunately you are playing the waiting game and will have to wait until your period is due.

If you period is late, test. Remember to test using first morning urine and follow the directions on the packet exactly.
