Turn over but not start after having the fuel pump, filter and relay replaced. It also has a new battery and new plugs. I ran the car out of gas.

1. Check all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
2. Check the ECU (computer) for any codes being thrown.
3. Check/replace the ignition control module (igniter). Here's what it looks like and approximately what it costs:
