I went to my 1st interview and the person told us that our marriage looks fraud for him, he asked my husband many questions like his address, if he was arrested and food stamps he is cuban so I thought it was normal but at the end he said we might need too go to a second interview, I was sad but I told my husband that we will do it together next time. He did not say a word I thought he was sad too but when we get home he said that he was seeing somebody else younger than me and he wants to stay with her that our relation is not working that she is from his country and he feels really good with her, I was shocked and asked him why?. Why he was doing that he told me that he was arrested once when I was one day out visiting my kids and he asked for food stamps for her. So now I don't know what to do? He wants the divorce and whe are married 6 months only. I and so depressed cause he was the perfect husband and he changed in a minute.

I don't think he was the perfect husband and changed in a minute. I think he was cheating on you and you didn't know it.

You can certainly hold up a divorce, fight his request for a divorce but he will eventually divorce you if that is his plan.

What are your concerns? Financial, having him leave you, something else?

This must have been a terrible shock for you.
