About 4 months ago I had been getting dizzy, I went to the doctor and they told me it was a throat infection. I got better after that day because they gave me antibiotics. This week I've been feeling dizzy again, please someone help me I'm really scared and I don't want to tell my parents. I'm scared it might be something serious :( .

Why would you not want to tell your parents? They most certainly would want to know so that they can have it checked out. There are a number of possible causes, but you won't know for sure unless you see your doctor.

Well I'm scared. I really hate going to the doctors. I've been trying to ignore it but I can't take it anymore. I don't know what to do :'(

Tell your parents. If it is enough to scare you, it is important enough for them to know so that they can help you. Ignoring it won't make it go away as you have found. Your health is too important to ignore. It may be something very simple, and easily taken care of, a drop in blood sugar level for example, or not drinking enough fluids, but you won't know that unless you are seen.

Make sure you are eating well, and regularly, throughout the day... no skipping meals. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day.

Try and determine what is going on when you notice it. For example, do you notice it when you get up too fast, when you turn your head quickly, when you have been sitting at the computer or reading for a time, etc. and definitely let your parents know.

Hmm OK, does junk food have anything to do with it?
I've nothiced its when I'm laying down but sometimes I'm just standing or walking.
It has happened a lot before when I would turn or stand up to fast.
Its nothing serious right?

I have no way of knowing whether it is serious, only your doctor could determine a definite cause.

But I had something similar and went to the doctor for it. My blood pressure would drop as I changed position, or sometimes even just turning my head too fast when lying in bed, causing me to become lightheaded. I have to make a conscious effort to drink enough throughout the day as being a bit dehydrated can cause a change in blood pressure, resulting in feeling dizzy.

There are many reasons for dizziness. One of the most interesting types is Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) --

Please, please let a doctor check you and decide what is wrong.

BPPV can be serious if you lose your balance and fall, hurting yourself. My husband had it a couple of years ago and would feel disoriented and weird suddenly, and it could happen anywhere. He was afraid he'd end up in an ambulance headed toward a hospital.

I could make a long list of diseases and conditions that cause dizziness. Please get it checked out.
