Last night I had a heaving bleeding and cramping and my period has ended over 2 weeks ago. Is something wrong?

I started my period on the 3rd of December and stopped on the 9th and in about 5 days later my breasts got sore and I got a lot of heartburn it's the 16th right know can I be pragnant

My period ended on thurday and I have unprotected sex on Saturday can I get pregnant.
