What I remember are bits and pieces of this movie. One thing I remember was this group of kids that hung out in this hug fort of theirs, almost seemed like some vacant building. They road thir bikes a lot and come across some bad guys who eventually notice them and are chasing them, they think they got away, but these bad guys got into there fort (hide-out) and are holding them with their arms around their necks... And here's the most important part... these kids had a secret communication code by blinking their eyes. They start doing this to break free from the guys holding them and the bad guys start getting nervous with all this blinking going on, but the kids manage to get loose, all because of silently talking to each other by blinking at each other... Any ideas?
