Is it allowed for me to relocate my cold & hot water tanks into the bathroom, creating a airing cuboard. This is mainly to allow needed space for my loft conversion. I live in a semi detached Bungalow.

Thanks

Mark

You describe a gravity system that works on head pressure. You wish to move this out of your loft and down on the same level as your fixtures.
Do you plan on installing a pump to provide the pressure that's lost by this act? Let me know, Tom

You speak of both cold AND hot water tanks. Is this in the United States? Do you have a cold water tank in the loft supplied by a main or do you have a conventional hot water system that's supplied by a cold water main? Are you asking if the hot water heater can br moved down into your bathroom. If the heaters electric the answer's yes. Please explain a little farther . Tom
