I'm looking for a movie I watched on a rainy day in middle school (early 90') about a group of kids (and adults) who can't go outside due to what they've been told is a toxic environment... I thought the title might have the word RED in it but I cannot remember for the life of me... if anyone has any suggestions please let me know
