I have a MTD 12.5 HP 42" 7speed.
I bought a new battery, new starter switch, and still nothing, not a peep. I tried to jump it with my car, and nothing. I am a little mechanically challenged.. haha.
I am not sure what to try next.

How do you engage the blades on this mower.if it engages by lowering the deck try pulling back on the lever and turn the key while holding it back .
