Hi I'm 23 I have had the mirena for more than a year but recntly I have had 3 peirods in 4 weeks they are a lot heavier than normal and painful I also feel sick and really tired during the day and I have had unprotected sex, can any one please help me, I have been to the doctors and they said I don't have any infections or diseas, thanks in advance
