Early a.m. I found myself leaving my bed and walking down the stairs realizing my arms were streched out and my fingers curved in a clawlike manner. I reached for a candy bar I knew was on the table and could not pick it up, finally getting it into my hand I turned the corner to the refrigerator, very thirsty, but could not open the door, my fingers would not allow me to grab the handle, they kept slipping off, finally getting it open, I grabbed for a coke, again, unable to wrap my hand around it, and after several attempts had the coke and candy bar heading for upstairs. Also, I had a feeling of pressure around my body, as if someone had taken a pencil and traced. Hard to explain, I was very aware of a strange feeling around me, an outline of my body. Realizing what was happening, I sat on the stairs, short of breath, and wondering if I was having a stroke because of the inability to lower my arms or move my fingers. Shortly I continued up the stairs and laid down. The next morning I woke up thinking what a strange dream, however, on the floor by my bed was the candy bar and an unopened can of coke.

Yes, that really sounds like a sleep disorder at this point. Not ruling out a spiritual experience... but I'd have it clinically checked out first.
