Help! What are the next numbers in this sequence & what is the rule? 2 0 2 0 3 3 2 4

This stumped me for quite a while, but I think I know the answer.

2 0 2 0 3 3 2 4... 2 2 4 2 2 2 0 1 2 2 2 3 2 2 2 4 3 2

Is that right?
