Need help with Excel 2007 macro. It is not recording me using insert>shape>arrow. All else it is recordinglike typing and formating. Need help on this one. Yes, I have enabled developer tab in the ribbon and adjusted the Macro security.

Sounds like the script has an error, ids for a different version of Office or you are attempting an action not supported by the script. My scripting skills are fairly BASH centered with the exception of Automator sorry I can not help more you may consider asking your question in the "Software" - Spreadsheets" area.
