I went to the gyn he gave me some pills to start my period in 1 to 10 days it has been almost 3 weeks and it still haven't came on. Wht should I do if me and my husband wanted a child

Since your question is about conceiving, I have moved it from the "Children" board to the "Pregnancy & New Motherhood" board where it will get the attention it deserves.

First, how old are you?

I always tell my patients not to expect conception to happen any earlier than 18 months after stopping the depo shot. If it happens earlier, well GREAT! But, since depo is long lasting it certainly can take more than a year for all of the synthetic hormones to be depleted from your body.

Please use complete words and sentences as this site requires. Some of us older folk have a hard time reading chat/text speak.

That's possibly why you haven't gotten your period, but it's not certain. Since we don't know your complete medical history, it's hard for us to say why you haven't gotten your period. There are many things that can influence menstruation. Hormonal levels, weight gain/loss, stress levels, change in diet or exercise, just to name a few.

Has your doctor taken your blood to check hormone levels?
