Hi everyone.
I just was arrested yesterday for violation and two mistermener crimes. I think I will be on probation if I can't get out of it. My question is: Will I be allowed permition for international travel? If yes, at most, how much time will they allow me out of the U.S.A. Any valid and up-to-date answers anyone? Thank you.

NOTE: my record before arrest is clean other than these offences.

Its 'misdemeanor' (I have actually seen it written 'mr. Meaner' as well) by the way, and what were you charged with ? They won't allow you out of the country if you are on probation, which you say will likely happen. If they think you are a flight risk, they will certainly not let you out of the country.

Hello j:

Nahhh.. No travel outside the US. The time you'd be gone isn't the issue. The fact that you WON'T be extraditable IS the issue.

Hello again, j:

That isn't the point. Even WITH a treaty, you can still FIGHT it. The government here doesn't even want to have to deal with it, so it's just easier to say that you can't travel outside the US.

Thank you.

So even with what I said about my crime, will they even give me probation? Or a small fee. For a trespass violation and weed in the 5th (I was around but had none on me)

BTW isent it all up to my PO if I get one?
