What stage of the industry lifecycle is the beverage industry in ? I am running analysis to try to show this but I am coming up short . If anyone would like to take a stab at trying to figure this out your help would be greatly appreciated.

The distinct stages of an industry life cycle are: introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. The beverage industry is still in its growth stage. Now, prove that with facts and figures.

I know what the stages are ,but what leads you to believe that the industry is still in the growth stage. Other than just thinking that. Because I thought so as well until analyzing revenue streams and gross margins across the board which made the picture much more resemble maturity than growth.
