A few years ago, in broad daylight I went into my basement and I saw a white mist through an open doorway and as soon as I saw the mist I stopped and watched it. It moved from where it was to the right and it disappeared; to the right is a closet and the left is a pool table.
Then around the same time except it was at night and I had just taken a shower and I was in my basement sitting at the computer, I was playing with my hair and I felt a hand touch mine. I waited a few minutes, then turned to look to see who did it and there was no one there. I didn't even hear the stairs creak if someone came down or went back up. I like to sneak downstairs for something to drink or eat during the middle of the night and whenever I leave my room I would always go out without a flashlight or turning other lights on except for the basement lights and I feel like I'm being watched whenever I go downstairs.
Whenever I have to go downstairs for anything once I go back up the stairs I run up the stairs. I even came to a point to sleep with my door closed cause I would see shadows in the hall like someone is watching me.

Many things happen that cannot be explained.

Many more strange things happen that can be explained by logical, rational thought and investigation.

What appear to be shapes and figures can be reflected lights or dust in the air or any number of things.

The fields electric currant emit can affect how we feel and make you uneasy.
And depending on the strength and frequency can cause illness in extreme cases.
If your breaker box is in the basement it could be suspect.

Look for logical explanations first , like a muscle twitch, that is caused by refelx ,
Can sometimes feel like you been touched. When the twitch is slight.

These are only ideas to consider , you saw and felt the things that happened
And I am not going to try and tell you what is was. Just that there may be
Other considerations.

I have experiences that have shown me the paranormal can happen
To anyone , anywhere and I take it seriously.

Keep a record of what happens

Try recording just let it run ,and/or take pictures, or video in the places you have seen this and see if anything shows up.

Since the first thing (I am assuming it was the mist in the basement)
How often do you have these things happen since then.
Weekly, monthly, just a close estimate to help me understand
What you're experiencing .

Has anyone else experienced anything?

Is this very frightening for you?

Remember that most of the time these things can be explained.
Houses that heat up in the sunlight then cool off at night
Can make an extraordinary number of different sounds that
Can sometime sound like foot steps, or moaning , or laughing
Even people talking.

Tha plumbing can make a symphony of noises that can resemble
Knocking , whispering , rumbling and on and on.

Also if you have been scared by something you believe to
A paranormal event, your brain can switch into a mode that

To fit the paranormal mode in this heightened state of awareness.
This can make the experience seem to be more than it really is.

How long have you been in the house?

@hauntinghelper, we moved in when I was about 3 or 4.
@Martinizing2, no one else expierenced it. The only people I talked to was a chat room for ghost adventures and my mom and they think it was my grandma. It isn't frightning but when I get the feeling I'm being watched it scares the living crap out of me.

That is understandable for these things to cause us to be afraid. I think it is human nature to be afraid of what we don't understand.

Nobody can really say for sure if it is your grandma.
I'd like to be able to tell you it was , grandmas are very special.

But nobody knows for sure because we don't understand all that
Will happen after we pass from this life. We may be allowed to watch
Over our loved ones for a time or be able to whenever we want to.

Neither religion or science has been able to find out enough to give a reasonable answer about this.

I think religion has proven this... it's just a matter of people believing it or not... and of course people in the church really providing biblical deliverance... proper post and pre deliverance care is essential. It would be a spirit iluvgac19, but believe me, there soul is at rest. If someone did, in fact, die in the house... you really don't know much about their "spiritual baggage" so to speak... it very well could be a spirit that was quite acquainted with that individual. Spirits stick around human habitation simply because that is their best way to interfere with us.

Nobody can say for sure what is going on.

Before you do anything I would wait until you
Know what you're talking to.

My point is check everything.
Take pics, leave a recorder on and see if anything gets picked up.
Find out what you can about the history of the place.
Extreme traumatic events seem sometimes to leave residual traces that some can perceive.

It doesn't matter if the electrical box is open or closed, they emit energy that can affect you, and that is the point.

I am not saying one way or the other , I'm trying to give some ideas of what to look for.

One thing I would advise against is any interaction or attempted contact.

Do you understand what automatic writing is? It's giving oneself over to a spirit entity for communication. Does that really sound like a smart thing to do? You are unaware of it's intentions and you are willing to try something like this before you would consider stepping inside a church? I'd say someone has had a bad church experience.

Some cities will have old records in the clerks office , check the county clerk also.

Ask any neighbors that have been around a long time if they know anything.

If I may ask , what makes you want to become a psychic/medium?
And how would you go about "becoming" one if you are not born with the ability or a penchant to develop it as you age?

Those I know who claim to be psychic say it is a gift (or curse) that they did not ask for , but ended up with it want it or not.

Extraneous electricity can cause things like your toy computer , that use very little power to operate, to suddenly come on and just as suddenly turn off.

Microwaves , radio waves , gamma rays ,to name only a few are bombarding us from the sun , outer space , cellphone repeaters , radio stations , and more, 24/7. And they can cause electrical devices to do some strange things.

The county and city clerks are usually located in the government buildings or offices and some will keep records in places that can be easily accessed by the public.

Keep in mind that 90% of the time the answers to paranormal events are found to be explainable by rational natural forces that exist around us but are not looked at because it is easier and for some more exotic , to claim a venture into the paranormal.

No I didn't pay for advice. He was on a local radio station so I called in and asked. Ok. And I will do research I'm asking friends and family then I will do reading research
