I had an AMH blood test done that was 1.1. The doctor said that wasn't too bad considering I am 39. She said 1.4 would be perfect. I do ovulate regular and have normal cycles.
My husbands sperm count, motility, etc. all came back great. However, his morphology was only 7% normal. He is otherwise healthy.
Two days ago I had an HSG (which was following up on an ultrasound). My doctor wanted to make sure my tubes were clear because I had a miscarriage about 6 weeks ago. Anyway, the tubes were fine, but I do have 5 submucosal fibroids. My regular ob/gyn said it wasn't anything to worry about and that removing them can cause too much scarring to sustain a pregnancy. But the RE said I should have them removed. I guess I don't know who to believe.
I know that individually these issues aren't necessarily an huge problem. But, is it possible to conceive again with a healthy pregnancy? Was it just a fluke that I got pregnant once? We haven't used any kind of contraception in 9 years and this was the first pregnancy!
