Ok, SO... on February 28th I went to Zellers, Stole 50$ worth of merchandise, I got arrested and fingerprinted that day and at a promise to appear for April 4th. I got a letter from zellers stating they'll sue me, and I had to pay a fine of 600. Which I scattered around to find money for, and mailed it in. I then realized I didn't even need to pay that amount.

On April 2nd, I went to Superstore and stole $160 worth of merchandise and got arrested yet again, This time when I got arrested, the officer told me if I wasn't 8 months pregnant I would be thrown in jail. I got fingerprinted again and yet again had another court date coming up for may 18th.

SO, I went into the court on April 4th, They actually decided to let me go into alternative measures (not knowing about the other charge I had 2 days ago) and said to wait 4 weeks for them to call to set up something... Do you think if they find out about my second charge they will completely refuse to let me in the alternative measures program? What do you think my charge will be for the second offense charge?

Yes I know it was stupid... And both times.. were for baby stuff.. I don't have much money & so getting a lawyer is totally out of the question

Because you paid the store their asking price, they may have decided not to pursue the charges against you. However, that being said, there is no need for you to be stealing for your baby. There are places out there that will give you stuff for your baby. Find out how to get the things you need by calling 211 (United Way). They will guide you to places so that you don't need to steal. Also, make sure that you sign up for the WIC program which will give you formula for the baby, and some food for you. Stealing is so risky, and not worth it. I would think that after paying all that money the first time, you would not have risked it again. But, it is what it is, and you must now deal with being in the system. Remember that if you choose to snatch and grab things after the baby is born, the state can choose to remove the baby from you by claiming that you are unfit. Don't risk it. The court will probably allow you to continue with the alternative program. There is not much that escapes the court. Please, be aware that there are programs out there that can help you. Stealing is not the answer.
