I was supposed to get my period on march 21st it is now April 4th about 5 days ago I started getting cramps and light almost pink spotting it's also sometimes brown but it's onlt there when I wipe it does not come out in my panties I took a pregnancy test on the 1st of April and it was negative

Then it's pretty safe to say that you are not pregnant. For some reason, this month your period was late and very light when it came. It happens sometimes.

From the dates you gave, a pregnancy test should give an accurate result when you took it.
