This painting supposed to be by Goya, but I can find no reference to it in his works. The woman is wearing a blue dress and drawing a circle around a fire with a stick, and there are frogs etc. on the ground looking into the circle. The original painting is portrait shaped, about 1m tall.

Goya had a dark mind; he liked painting witches, warlocks, very nasty scenes of people in hell being eaten by the devil (similar to the artish Bosch). That sort of dark mind. So this could very well be his, a witch at her craft, but the only person that could be certain is an art historian viewing the actual painting.
