I was able to remove a wipe from underneath the pump. When placed back in pit, I plug it in an I hear a light humm, but it will not start. Is there likely a reset switch or something on it?

When you had the pump out did you take a large tool and stick into the pump impeller to spin it? If not, remove the pump again and use a large screwdriver or similar tool to turn the impeller (make sure the pump is unplugged). If the impeller is stuck take a flashlight and really look around up inside the impeller cage... most likely still stuff wrapped super tight against the impeller shaft... remove/cut this stuff away to free all up.
If you can move the impeller, but when you plug it in the impeller doesn't move then the pump is probably shot and will need to be replaced, maybe?
Post back and let us know how you make out, OK?

Thanks. I did take a look inside and did spin the impeller. It moved fine. I hooked it all back up and it hummed for a cuople of seconds then it started working. We are back in business! Thanks.
