Will run for five seconds with a pump of fuel from the fuel injector then dies. Cleaned out carb and put in a carb rebuild kit and does exactly the same thing. Runs for five seconds then dies. If I pump the injector when it is dying it will run till that fuel is used up then die again. So I know it runs but once the fuel pumped in from the injector is used up then it dies. New fuel in tank, spark is good, new carb gasket/diaphragm kit. What causes the fuel to feed from the tank? Compression? I notice the fuel tank builds up pressure when I remove the cap.
I tried switching fuel lines to the accumulater in case I had them hooked up wrong but it made no difference
Any ideas?
