More than likely you have a three (3) wire cable between the switch and the fan.
Is there a black/white pair in the ceiling?
If there is then I would suggest that the white conductor from the switch be connected to the ceiling black. Wrap some black electrical tape around this wire at the ceiling and at the switch.
The black from the switch will go to the black on the fan. The Red conductor from the switch will go to the Blue conductor on the fan (light).
The White from the ceiling and the white from the fan are connected together. All bare conductors are connected together and grounded to the ceiling outlet.
I would expect you to have two wall switches, on for the fan and one for the light. If this was wired with a three way switch in stead of two switches than both the fan and light are operated by the switch.

I HAVE BLACK WHITE AND GROUND
Assuming that means you have a 2-wire hot cable coming to the switch box.
GOING TO TH4E FAN BLACK WHITE RED AND GROUND
Assuming you mean you have a 3-wire cable from the switch box to the ceiling box.
SWITCH HAS BLACK BLUE AND RED
Assuming black is hot input to switch, red is output to fan and blue is output to light
