If my husband was born premature with stage 3 asthma what is the likelyness of the baby girl I'm pregnant with being the same?

Asthma can be hereditary. You can lessen the possibility by breastfeeding and not introducing formula or solids for several months. Keeping baby away from cigarette smoke can also lessen the possibility.
Premature birth itself is not hereditary. An increased likelihood is sometimes seen if a woman has already had a couple of premature births herself. Some women will naturally have shorter gestations, and there are health risks that can make it more of a possibility.

Yes, it is possible, but keep in mind that UTIs are fairly common in pregnancy and the vast majority do not result in a premature birth.
Obviously it is important to have a UTI treated if you do notice an infection and the usual recommendations of drinking plenty of water and some cranberry juice can also be helpful.
