Hi I'm maire,
I live in Trinidad and a friend who collects anime lent me this movie. I'm not sure how old it was but I saw it in like 2000 or so - and then it was already old.
The plot is involves two agents. One is a male human and the other female from the other side. They are placed on an assignment together to protect this crazy old man. It plays off where the Dar side kidnapps the female agent, and sends an imposter who tricks the male agent and ends up collecting his semen (she tunrs into some kind of spider during the intercourse.)
The male agent, then begins to look for his lost partner, while the old man (can't remember what happens to him).
