Not likely, but it is possible. Obviously a tubal is designed to be permanent, but there have been times when there is a natural reversal. How likely this occurs will depend on how the procedure was done.

Since urine tests do not always pick up a pregnancy right away for some women, it would be wise to ask your doctor about having a blood test done. It may just be an off period, but of course it would be best to rule out a possible pregnancy.
