Our 5 week old puppy has white bumps on his nose what is this and can anything be done to get rid of them

Does the entire litter have white spots on the nose? Does the mom?
You should go to the vet and see if there is any skin problems.

It's impossible to say without actually examining the dog so unfortunately a vet is the only way you will know for sure sorry.
It could be anything from pimples to infection to cysts.
