I note you have Australia listed as your location. As far as I know, there are no secular laws regarding marriages between faiths/religions.
Is there more to the question than different faiths? Are you both from the same country? Are there any immigration or other issues?
Have you discussed and worked out a compromise for practicing your religions in the marriage? Have you thought about raising children in the proposed household?
