I'm assuming that my bathtub faucet is the twist off kind because I don't see any screws. Also it does turn. It turns and turns and turns and never gets any looser. The pipe is not turning either so we think it is striped. Any suggestions. We really want to get it off there.

Are u talking about the spout or faucet?

If faucet, what type of faucet? One handle, 2 handle or 3 handle?

Let us know and we can help.

Most faucets have small caps to hide the screw. Removing the Handle from a Leaky Bathtub Faucet | eHow.com (http://www.ehow.com/video_4420370_removing-handle-leaky-bathtub-faucet.html) A picture or brand/model would help further

I am talking about the spout in my bathtub. I have already watched the ehow videos. It turns but doesn't come off. There is no screw. I turned it upside down and looked at it with a flashlight.

You gave us the wrong term, faucet, so now we are back on track with spout. Spouts come in 2 styles slip-on with set screw and threaded. If it turns and there is no set screw then turn it counterclockwise about 10 full rotations. Come back when you are done
