With all of that said, pregnancy can and does occur sometimes the day after menstruation ends. In all honesty, there is no safe day not to get pregnant. If you are not using birth control, it's time to consider what kind would be best for you. It's also best to use 2 or even 3 forms of birth control at the same time to reduce the chances of pregnancy.
