I'm 8 weeks pregnant this is my first pregnancy so the other day I started to spot nothing heavy though just alil pink-ish and then again today this one looked like when I first start my period again nothing heavy. Is this a bad thing? Is this normal? I need help. Should I worry?

It CAN be normal to spot during pregnancy. I did myself. And so did my sister. However you DO NEED to get checked by your doctor to make sure that it is ONLY light spotting and not a serious problem, because it CAN also be a serious problem.
