Can juvenile records be used to set bail in adult cases in Illinois?

I am reading that they can - the records indicate whether the person will offend again.

How would the court be aware of the juvenile records ?
Did your attorney object if the DA tried to present them ?
But normally no they are not ever part of it, on bail they will look at various things about how you will show up in court. In fact if you were charged before and showed up as you were suppose to that is really a positive issue for bail.
Where you don't want it to show up is in the trial or in sentecing.
