I am looking for a movie made probably in 1990 -2000. Here is the story. It when a guy goes to a shop and uses a credit card of someone else. When the cashier finds out it wasn't his, immediately the guy takes a girl hostage to run get into her car and drove off with him. While running away he finds out that the girl he had just kidnapped was the president daughter...
The movie is mostly about cahsing the guy to get the president daughter back. While still in the chase the girl fall in love with the guy.
