If a stock solution of phosphate has concentration of 0.5M, how many ml of the solution will contain 1mmoles?

Here'e a hint: 0.5M = 0.5moles/Liter so, through the magic of the metric system , 0.5M - 0,5millimoles/ milliliter. Can you see the answer now?
