I have been on birth control for years (prob about 5 years) and I've been on these pills for about two years. Last month I cut my period 1-2 days short by taking my regular pills instead of the placebos because I was going on vacation with my boyfriend and didn't want to be on it at the beach. It is time for my period again this month, and I am usually on time. On Friday the 11th I took my last regular pill that night so Saturday was my first placebo and its Thursday March 17 and I have nothing no bleeding or spotting. On Monday and Tuesday I had light brown when I wiped and on my panty liner and I felt like I was going to start but then it stopped Wednesday. I've tried to read posts about what it could be but it always says no symptoms are the same for every woman so I wanted to find out if someone else had my problem and what it was... I'm suppose to restart my pills Sunday (to start the pack) but Idk if I should or just let it go and see if I flow next week and just start my pills the following Sunday.

Also, I'm thinking since I've been eating crappy fast food maybe it might have something to do with it?

Sounds like you are having break through bleeding... you need to stay off the pill for 30 days and then restart them to get back on a regular cyle.after the 30 days then start them on the following Sunday...

Okay, thank you for you post. Idk if my boyfriend is going to mind or not (hes laid back) about the ZERO sex we're going to have because I'm not trying to get pregnant right now and I haven't taken any antibiotics or anything else I know of that would counter act my because, but of course worries come to mind... But I'll try that, I'm going to try to do a HPT anyway, just to be safe even though I don't think I am: no tender breast anymore (just Monday when I initially had the light brown) and when I was expecting to start (since I usually take 2 days after taking my last pill to start) and I haven't had any headaches or nausea or anything.. So, I'll do that than and see what happens. Appreciate your response. I just hope it's a normal thing, sounds like one?
