We purchase a used double-wide mobile home in Colo, paid cash, bought the home from a dealer here in colo. Asked them about the title, and our reply was we are a dealer, we will get you the title, after a year of this we decided to go over there, well the dealer is closed down, found out they filed bankruptcy in Nov 2010 and we have no-title- we also found out that the home we purchase was perged to property and that they had a loan against all of it, and we found out recently that we could be charged with grand theft as we removed the house from the property, we called the bank and they told us they did not want the home and that they just found out , about us purchasing the home,and that the dealership should have never sold the home,Also we did get permits from the county to remove the home. I need to know how do we get title? And also what can we do on the dealer?
