I be getting soon the amount between 54,000.00 to 56,000.00. Si I was wondering how much taxes do I have to pay in Federal and state tax in Ca.

As an heir to an estate there are no taxes for you to pay - there is no inheritance tax imposed either by the federal government nor by the state of CA.
