One way a lot of people use to share their opinions is by writing a blog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog).
There are lots of free platform you can set your in... maybe it could be good to give it a try :)

I do all my expressing right here. I don't know if the world sees it, or not, but if they don't, it's their fault. I started a blog once, but everything I posted there, I posted here first. So, I gave it up.

I think the key, no matter WHICH form you choose, is to write every day.
