How do I get full custody of my 2 year old daughter? The father lives in ecuador and hasn't paid anything or met her.

You get custody rights to your daughter by filing a petition in court, and having legal process served on the father. Are you asking how to serve process on a person living in a foreign country? Enforcing a child support order is going to be difficult, I expect.

So of course it appears in in reality have it, but you get custody by filing a motion in court and asking for full custody, both legal and physical. You can ask for a child support order ( but don't expect to collect with him out of the country)

He can file for visits if he wants to come and file, but if he has nothing to do with child my guess is he will not
