Won judgment against a deadbeat tenant, all I really want is possession... got a writ of execution, deadline for her to be gone with all her possessions is March 13, @ 10:05 am. The sheriff's dept is closed on Sunday. I do know that she has rented another property but has no vehicle to move her possessions. I don't feel she will be out on time. Plan to show up on Monday March 14 @ 8 am. How long does the sheriff have to assist me on the writ of execution? I am certain that a three bedroom house full of furniture, washer/dryer, refrigerator and a single car garage FULL of boxes will be there. I know I cannot touch anything without the sheriff being present... am told the sheriff is slow to assist... this is OKLAHOMA??
