You are not making any sense. You didn't say what you wanted to know regarding statutes in your original post. Statutes apply to many issues, credit, bankruptcy, crime, so what did you actually mean.Statues on kidnapping, what is that, that is a federal offence with no limitations.

So get your act together and tell us what you want to know.

Stature = how tall you are

Statute = legislative act: an act passed by a legislative body.

Did you kidnap someone?

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/feedback/using-comments-feature-24951.html

Statute of Limitation laws depend on the crime. So there was no way to answer your question since you didn't provide enough information. Therefore your negative comment was totally inappropriate and you owe Tickle an apology.

Kidnapping is also considered a very serious offense and has no SOL. If you want to explain the circumstances here, maybe we can help further.

It also varies by Province - Canada isn't one big open area with the same laws/rules/regulations everywhere.
