No, you broke the law and have to pay for it, there is not welfare to help pay for things they do wrong.

And to add an opinion, this is what is wrong with society, you can even "think" someone else should pay for your mistake

Yes, your response shows my truth to this, welfare level people who think people owe them a living. Not all, many work hard to improve, others think people should be paying all of their bills

I don't expexct you as an american to understand the current financial situation in ireland. I have a masters in arts and I'm in the process of becoming a school teacher. 40%percent of people my age who were once employed are now in oz trying to make a living. So I would think if you are an edcuated man you would see that its not that people won't work they cant!! An this government think by issuing massive fines like mine they will get out of this financial rut but NO! All they are doing is making the poor poorer an the rich richer! And I am not lookinfor money to be handed to me I'm simpely wondering if I can pay in instalments on have it taken from my payments every week. And I would tink ist time you came off that power trip. Personaly if american officers are anything like irish gardi they are notting but gangsters, also before you go issuing me a warning you would want to have a 2nd loo I did not call you a name you are the one stereotyping me as a criminal,
