My Kenmore washer is leaking from the inside at the front of the machine - very steady stream of water coming out of bottom of washer when water is filling, when the rise cycle is on and the spin cylce. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Where the water enters the tub there can be a restriction deflecting the water out of the tub. The supply lines between that point and the valves on the backcould be damaged.open the front panel and run it to see where the water is coming from. Don't touch anything when its plugged in or u could get shocked. There are things in there that start suddenly that could really hurt u. So just look.

Thank you. I noticed that the washer is still leaking while not in use and all water to the washer has been turned off.
Could this be a drum issue?
