No its my boyfriend and him and his wife lost rights to there child and the child was adopted out to a family member and the father see the child all the time so now I want to try and help him get his rights back or get visits that are scheduled by the court

An adoption means that, legally speaking, he and the child are strangers (or, in this case, cousins of some sort). If the adoption was done legally, there is nothing to be done.

If the family member lets him see the child all the time, he should leave well enough alone. If he tries to overturn the adoption he may wind up losing the child completely.

Yes, legally he does not even have a right to see the child, and no he is not going to get any rights back at this point.
