Hello,
I am a 19 years old and is only having intercourse with one man.
I've been tested for STD's before and everything came back clean.
My concern today is that I have a single red-ish, pimple-like bump under the skin on the right side of my labia.I was wondering what is could be. I looked at sebaceous cysts and it is not what it is. Mine is smaller, does not hurt and is only slightly visible. I do shave so I was thinking it might be an ingrown hair but, I'm not 100% sure. Can STD's just appear out of nowhere, because I've never had this before and I only have one partner and he never slept with anyone else, ever. Any help is greatly appreciated!

How do you know for sure that 'he never slept with anyone else' ever. Does he wear a condom when he is intimate with you? I would suggest that you insist that he does. However, it is probably an ingrown hair. Don't touch it, just wash as you normally do and it will break and go away. Otherwise, go be tested again for STDs. Your comment that you have been 'tested before' leaves me wondering if you have actually been in that situation before.

Thank Tickle.

Just for clarification :
The fact that I got tested before is because I went on birth control for a bit and they had me checked before starting the treatments. I also got checked before that at the hospital because I was not having periods for a time span of 6 months and they did not know what it was. Also, I know he never cheated, it might be hard to believe but I am 100% sure he never did, I also was his first and we've been dating for over 3 years. No he does not wear a condom when he is intimate with me, simple reason is that we have been trying for a child for these past 6 months.
Just thought I'd clear things up & I will go get checked again though and see if it is in fact just an ingrown hair.

Thanks again! :)

There's really no way for any of us to be able to give you a diagnosis. It could be anything from an ordinary pimple to an STD.

You really need to see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

Hey girl, yes I understand, but please go to your doctor and get checked out. I wish you all the best in your relationship. I get ingrown hairs down their maybe once every six years or so, and they just break and go away. I only notice an area when I am washing as being extremely sensitive.

I hope you have your wish for pregnancy.

Hugs, tick
